What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund is available up to 14 days before scheduled check-in. For cancellations within 7-14 days, a 50% refund applies. Date rescheduling is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the village?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Starlink satellite Wi-Fi is available across all cottages, villas, and central lounge areas, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying nature.
Are pets allowed?
To preserve the local wildlife and peaceful environment of the eco-reserve, pets are generally not permitted, with exception made for registered service animals.
